Hiring, Training, and Certifications
Our employees are always in uniform and easy to identify, trained and experienced in pool services, and ready to go above and beyond in meeting your expectations. Because we strive to provide you with monitors and lifeguards that your community will get to know and can trust, every Collins lifeguard has current certification in Red Cross CPR, Red Cross First Aid, and Red Cross Lifeguard Training. Our certified instructors and guards emphasize the importance of emergency preparation and the teamwork involved in guarding, all with your community’s safety in mind. Our staff managers are Certified Pool and Spa Operators (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Our pool monitors are carefully handpicked and required to attend training to better their knowledge of your unique facility and its needs. Whatever the case, we strive to meet your community's tailored needs.
